The accelerated use of ICT-based digital systems means that the industry has steadily moved towards a digitized future. The promise of New Generation Digital Systems NGDS in the matters of education, economy, finance or health is highly impressive. With the vast volumes of digitally connected systems and the systems' data, new opportunities for learning have surfaced. The NGDS can revolutionise the way production. The conference will be organized by Ecole Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion Casablanca (ENCGC) and Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Informatique et d'Analyse des Systèmes (ENSIAS). Within this conference, we propose keynotes and sessions that will explore issues related to NGDS from different perspectives and research fields. NGDS'23 provides an opportunity to scientists, professional engineers, and students to present their work, publish their results, exchange ideas, and network for future scientific and industrial collaborations.
